Production Planner

A Production Planner is responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating the production process to ensure timely delivery of garments. This role involves creating detailed production schedules, allocating resources, and monitoring progress to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Production Planning: Developing detailed production plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and capacity planning.
  • Scheduling: Creating production schedules to optimize workflow and maximize efficiency.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocating resources like labor, machinery, and materials to meet production targets.
  • Monitoring Progress: Tracking production progress and identifying potential bottlenecks or delays.
  • Problem-Solving: Addressing production issues and implementing solutions to keep the production process on track.
  • Communicating with Stakeholders: Effectively communicating with designers, pattern makers, and production teams to ensure smooth production.
